TOPCOD Cargo desiccant adopts the active ingredient--- the calcium chloride and Amylopectine Polyumere.adsorbing moisture from the surrounding enviornment turn to gel. Besides, we adopt the Tyvek packing material. Therefor the totally eliminating any potential for leaking.It is one of the environmentally friendly product that actively reduces the humidity inside the containers. It is the high adsorption desiccant, the adsorption will reach to the 300% of its own weight at the temperature 25℃,RH90%.
The TOPCOD Cargo desiccant protect your cargo from humidity, condensation and moisture damage either in containers, cartons or boxes, during transportation.
The temperature and the humidity change quickly in the container during the transportation．So the high temperature hydrosphere reaches to saturation at night．The temperature is change between 0-80℃，and the humidity reach to 98%，usually form the coagulation．When the temperature is 30℃，the water in the air is 30.9g/m3,, when the temperature change to 18℃，the vapor will reduce to 15.9g/m3,,other vapor will coagulate water．The 40 FCL will produce 1000g vapor which named the“Container rain”．

Using method
You can hang the desiccant in the container．We can calculate the exactly quantity according to the goods，the packing material，the transportation cycle and the temperature in the transportation．Normally，the 20FCL，absorbing 8-16kg water，the desiccant absorption is 70%，need desiccant 4-8KG(500g-20—40pcs)．If 40FCL．it is 8-12KG.
